POINSETTIA DAY ORDER FORM

Every year the Kiwanis Club of Middletown sells poinsettias for the holiday season. Poinsettias come in red, white and pink colors. Orders are due no later than November 30th. The poinsettias are traditionally delivered the first or second week in December. The poinsettias will then be delivered to any requested address in Middletown and the surrounding communities.

Please be advised that all orders need to be received by November 30th.
